What Happens Next?
Planning a wedding comes with plenty of decisions, but choosing your photographer shouldn't feel complicated. My aim is to make the entire experience relaxed, straightforward and enjoyable from start to finish.
Here's what the journey looks like when you book me to capture your day.
Step 1 – Say Hello
You've explored my work, connected with my approach and think I might be the right fit for your wedding. Amazing.
Get in touch using my enquiry form and tell me all about your plans – your venue, your date, and the kind of celebration you're dreaming of. I'll check my availability, send over my packages and answer any questions you might have.
Step 2 – Let's Meet
Once you've had a look through everything, we'll arrange a relaxed chat over Zoom, on the phone, or even over a coffee if you're local to Ash.
This isn't an interview – it's simply a chance for us to get to know each other, talk through your plans and make sure we're the right fit. I'll also guide you through the different options available and help you choose a package that suits your day perfectly.
Step 3 – You're Booked!
When you're ready to move forward, I'll send over your contract and invoice for the booking fee to secure your date.
Once that's sorted, you're officially in the diary.
From that point onwards, I'm only ever an email away. Need recommendations? Timeline advice? Unsure how long to allow for confetti? I've got you covered.
Step 4 – The Final Planning
Around five weeks before your wedding, we'll catch up to go through all the important details.
We'll finalise your timeline, discuss any family group photographs you'd like, chat through any special moments you've planned and make sure we're both fully prepared for the day ahead.
The goal is simple – so that when your wedding arrives, you can relax and enjoy every second of it.
Step 5 – Your Wedding Day
This is where the magic happens.
My approach is relaxed and documentary-led, allowing you to spend your day celebrating with the people you love while I capture everything naturally as it unfolds.
Of course, I'll step in when needed – helping organise family photographs, guiding you through relaxed couple portraits and making sure things run smoothly – but for the most part, I want you to be fully present in the moments that matter.
No awkward posing. No spending hours away from your guests. Just genuine memories captured beautifully.
Step 6 – Relive It All Over Again
After the wedding, I'll carefully edit your photographs (and film, if you've chosen videography) to create a timeless collection that tells the story of your day.
Your final gallery will be delivered online for you to download, share with loved ones and revisit whenever you like. If you've chosen albums or prints, I'll guide you through creating something tangible to enjoy for years to come.
Long after the confetti has settled and the cake has been eaten, these are the memories you'll return to time and time again.
